A few weeks ago, I felt the need to disconnect from the chaos of daily life. So, I packed a bag and headed off on a solo trip to the beautiful hills of Himachal. What started as a quick weekend plan turned into one of the most relaxing experiences I’ve had. From finding the Best Hotel in Barog to sipping tea near Kasauli Mall Road, every moment felt special.

First Stop: Barog – Quiet Hills and Cozy Stays

Barog welcomed me with misty mornings and the sweet smell of pine trees. It’s a quiet hill station with fewer tourists, which makes it even better for a peaceful holiday.

I had done my research and booked the Best Hotel in Barog it had mountain views, a great breakfast, and warm hospitality. There are many other hotels in Barog, but this one stood out for its comfort and location. I spent my days walking through forest trails, reading books on the balcony, and enjoying local food.

A Hidden Surprise: Kumarhatti

Just a short drive away is Kumarhatti, a small town surrounded by green hills and old-style homes. I didn’t expect much, but this turned out to be a highlight of my journey.

The Best hotel in Kumarhatti was peaceful, clean, and budget-friendly. I met a few fellow travelers and we shared stories over chai. If you’re looking for hotels in Kumarhatti, I’d suggest picking a place with hillside views they’re worth it.

Ending the Trip in Beautiful Kasauli

Kasauli has a charm that’s hard to describe British-era buildings, narrow roads, and sunset points that take your breath away.

This time, I stayed at the Best Hotel in Kasauli, and it was perfect for unwinding. I especially enjoyed being close to the market area. If you’re visiting, definitely book a hotel in Kasauli near Mall Road it makes everything more accessible. I loved walking to local cafés, buying souvenirs, and watching the clouds roll in from the church steps.

Families will love Kasauli too. I came across the best family hotel in Kasauli, where kids played freely, and parents could relax in peace. With activities, food options, and spacious rooms, it’s a great pick if you’re traveling with children.

Final Thoughts

This trip taught me that sometimes, the best journeys are the simplest. From Barog to Kumarhatti to Kasauli, each place had its own beauty. Whether you’re searching for the Best Hotel in Barog, calm hotels in Kumarhatti, or a cozy hotel in Kasauli near Mall Road, the hills of Himachal have something for every kind of traveler.
